FXAIR Experiences Unprecedented Growth Over Last Three Years - Elevates Private Jet Charter with Addition of Aviator+ Program

I hope this update finds you well with fun and relaxing memories of Summer and a bright outlook going into the routines of Fall. Since our last correspondence, we have experienced one of the most historic periods of growth that I have witnessed in my 23-year private aviation career.  More recently, over the past 12 months, we have seen flying patterns settle into a new normal – certainly still higher than 2019 levels, but with a sense of predictability and pattern again. To that end, I thought it would be a good time to reconnect and give you an update on the state of the business here at FXAIR.

After the successful launch of the FXAIR brand in 2020 as the premium on-demand charter provider within the Directional Aviation family of companies, we reached the 3-year anniversary of the brand in August. FXAIR has experienced strong business growth over the last three years. 

• Serviced upwards of 50,000 passengers, flying more than 35,000 hours, out of 700 different airports worldwide. 
• Grown revenue by more than 150 percent during that time and increased charter trips by nearly 50 percent.
• Doubled the workforce including fifty experienced private aviation professionals who provide unmatched customer service and preferred access to a network of 2,500 aircraft globally.  
• Relaunched the Aviator + membership program, now accessible to clients interested in a fixed-rate, guaranteed access program.
• Introduced exclusive charter access to the Flexjet Sikorsky S-76 helicopter fleet.

Aviator+ Membership

Clients interested in elevating their private jet access can join as an Aviator+ member with a deposit of $200,000 that will serve as a debit card for flight hours, applicable fuel surcharges and monthly membership fees. The non-refundable deposit never expires and can be replenished in $100,000 increments. Among the benefits are: 

• Exclusive guaranteed access to certain aircraft types at fixed hourly rates.
• Dynamic charter pricing on the open fleet charter marketplace from a curated network of providers when needed.
• Aircraft availability with as little as 120 hours’ notice.
• Complimentary in-flight catering, de-icing and domestic Wi-Fi on flights served by select operators.
