It is anyone’s best guess how this peak season will play out with a pandemic in the rear-view mirror and an ever-evolving “new normal.” Historically, we know demand tends to surge in late fall into the winter months as families plan for holiday adventures and corporate travel reaches year-end heights. While it is unclear how much we will see pre-pandemic “norms,” we want to assure you that we are well-prepared to meet this demand, thanks to the dedication of our world-class FXAIR team and the strength of our resources as a Directional Aviation portfolio company.

Consider Charter Flight Support for Peace of Mind
Founded by an executive team with over 20 years of aviation experience, Charter Flight Support (CFS) is committed to making your charter trips less stressful when mechanicals strike. FXAIR is proud to partner with CFS to provide our clients with comprehensive support and financial security during the recovery process. FXAIR customers have the option to pre-purchase Mechanical Recovery Support at any time prior to the departure date of your charter mission. The pricing of this support fee will vary depending on the size of aircraft originally reserved and the overall pre-tax cost of the charter flight. Your dedicated Aviation Advisor will always provide you with the exact cost of the CFS Mechanical Recovery product on a per mission basis for clarity.
When mechanicals arise, CFS will cover up to 100% of the price difference between the original cost of your flight (pre-tax) and the cost of the replacement aircraft. CFS will work closely with your FXAIR Advisor to provide a replacement aircraft that is comparable from the same cabin class or larger.
